The hallmark of the modern state is the separation of law from morality
The core project of the enlightenment was the displacement of local customary or traditional moralities and all forms of transcendental faith which was projected as a universal civilization.
Kant said that all enlightenment thinkers were committed to a new universal civilisation based on liberalisms and marxism and everything in between. Deriving all solutions from them, for better or for worse.
That morality can be founded upon reason instead of revelation.

Secularism is not just segragating religious life into the private sphere. It rather the determination of the state of what religion is and is not, where and how it can be excercised. Secularism is the murder of God by the state. The state has the power to determine the quality and quantity of the religious sphere as it sees fit.
We are not allowed to be a human being, without being a subject of a state.
The modern state has reached a point of crisis. The Shariah has the solutions to these crises.
